Job Responsibilities:
1. Analyze and evaluate the business processes and information system status of the client's enterprise.
2. Design and develop digital transformation strategies and implementation plans.
3. Provide professional digital solutions and technical consulting services.
4. Guide and assist client enterprises in optimizing organizational structure and reengineering processes during the digitalization process.
5. Manage and coordinate internal teams, including technical development, operations, and sales departments.
6. Monitor the progress of digital projects and ensure that they are carried out according to plan and budget.
7. Regularly report project progress and key indicators to clients and management.
8. Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with customers, continuously improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
